Human Expenditure Program is a psychological horror game. It initially features sweet, pink-colored graphics, but over time, the game becomes much darker.

What is Human Expenditure Program?

Human Expenditure Program, also known as BloodMoney 2, is a combination of simulation gameplay and cute, pink visuals. In this game, you interact with a man named Harvey Harvington. Your tasks may include helping the main character rest, choosing minigames, or buying food for Harvey Harvington. There are no mandatory objectives because the game presents you with options, and you decide what to do. If you're not a fan of horror games, you might want to try Haunt The House instead.

You need to click on Harvey to interact with him. At first, you just lightly touch him, which makes him laugh a lot. However, after being repeatedly offered dangerous items, interacting with the main character eventually leads to him getting hurt. Each time you interact with Harvey, you can earn a certain amount of money. With this money, you can buy food like donuts or bread for Harvey, or participate in various minigames. When Harvey gets injured, you also have the option to protect him by winning a random minigame.
