Your mission is to shoot down all those who want to capture your tower by placing cannons at all entrances to the tower. Destroying your opponent's army will earn you gold coins, use these coins to upgrade cannon platforms with greater destructive power to win all levels of play. Each level of play will have a different map, so you should clearly understand the paths on each map to place the cannons appropriately.
