- Order Station: This is where the customer places their order. Pay close attention to the details, as each customer has specific requests for their pasta dish, including type of pasta, sauce, toppings, and any special instructions.
- Cook Station: At this station, you’ll cook the pasta to perfection. Timing is crucial - overcooked or undercooked pasta can lead to unhappy customers. Keep an eye on the cooking timer and ensure each batch is cooked just right.
- Build Station: Once the pasta is cooked, it’s time to assemble the dish. Here, you'll combine the pasta with the requested sauce and toppings. Presentation matters, so arrange the ingredients attractively to earn extra points.
- Bread Station: In addition to pasta, you’ll also prepare breadsticks or other side items. This station adds variety to your menu and helps to round out the dining experience for your customers.
