In PacXon, your primary objective is to enclose areas of the map to claim territory. The game requires strategic movement and quick reflexes as you navigate the maze-like environment, aiming to achieve a specified percentage of territory within each level.
To complete a level, you must encircle enough space to meet the required percentage. This involves creative movement to efficiently mark off sections of the map.
In addition, while circling territory, players must be wary of certain game rules and enemies that can end your session. First, if you touch the unclosed parts of your territory while maneuvering, the game will end immediately. Second, each level in PacXon has a limited number of respawns. If you run out of respawns, you'll need to restart the level from the beginning, adding an extra layer of challenge to the game.
